Why we exist

Experience isn't an event. It's a memory.

Everything we build starts from one observation: people don't act on what happened to them, they act on what they remember. Brand Memory Marketing is the discipline of engineering that memory on purpose, instead of leaving it to chance.

Where this started

A South Florida sales floor, and a stack of cold-call sheets nobody wanted to touch.

We started by running a raw prospect list the ordinary way — dial, get a gatekeeper, get nowhere. What changed the numbers wasn't a better script. It was sending something physical, worth keeping, before the first call ever happened. The follow-up wasn't cold anymore. It was a reason to pick up the phone.

That single shift became a method: verify the real decision maker, send something they'll actually use, invite them somewhere worth attending, and only then make the ask. Brand Memory Marketing is that method, built into a system instead of left to whoever remembers to do it right.

What changed

The gatekeeper isn't the obstacle. They're the first relationship.

Old assumption

Get past reception

  • Scripts built to talk around the front desk
  • Chase a direct line to skip the conversation entirely
  • Treat the person who answers as noise, not signal

What we do instead

Make reception the first ally

  • Call ahead, introduce the send, and ask for help
  • Learn their name — it's what makes the follow-up feel familiar
  • A respected gatekeeper gets your package to the right desk, faster

Where we are

Still early. Built to prove itself first.

2026

South Florida, first territory

The method is proven on our own list first, in our own market, before it's handed to anyone else. We hold ourselves to the same numbers we'd ask any client to hit.

In progress

The platform behind the method

Everything that used to live in someone's head — which list source to trust, when a record is actually ready to send, what to say when reception pushes back — is becoming software, so the method scales without losing what makes it work.

New territories, same discipline

The geography changes. The sequence doesn't: verify, send, invite, approach — in that order, every time.

The platform that runs this — scoring, verification, scripts, and reporting — is called ExpSpec.
